Beginning February 17, 2026, Manassas Towing will serve as the authorized towing contractor for Bradley Square.
Manassas Towing will provide on-call towing services as needed and conduct one patrol per week.
The patrol will take place on a random day between Sunday through Thursday/Friday morning between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
Hangtags are required in all common areas Sunday - Thursday, 10pm to 8am the next day.
No hangtags are currently required on weekends.

For Homeowners with assigned/numbered parking spaces, if an unknown vehicle parks in your assigned spot, it is up to you to call a towing contractor. Association staff will not authorize towing from those spaces unless it meets the criteria under “Violations That Will Receive Notice Prior to Towing”.
All parking enforcement actions will be conducted in accordance with the Bradley Square Parking Resolution and applicable Virginia and local law. The Bradley Square Homeowners Association retains the authority to enforce parking restrictions and tow vehicles as permitted by the Resolution and governing documents.
The goal is safety and compliance, not towing. SFMC does not receive any financial benefit from vehicles being towed.
